Terms

Today is:

Terms are a necessary evil no matter how much pains we take in writing them, there is always something that people just don't get. 
There is always good reasons we have written terms.  Notwithstanding the one simple fact that 3/4 of the time they are not read but here
that does not matter.  Here you are bound by the terms whether you read them or not so you might as well read!!

We don't demand a link back but we sure do appreciate it even if it is just a text link or reference.  for those of you that already do this thank you it is greatly appreciated !!!

Tubes

• Tubes here are tubes that I have created.  I do not claim copyright to the individual tubes themselves as the images that are tubed
  are from artist's work. The art work used all copyright belongs to the particular artist not me.  I only claim to have tubed them.
  tubing takes quite some time and I prefer that you do not share them.  Do this out of respect.  After all they are in the members area
  for a reason.  You paid for that membership so it is only fair that others pay for the membership which gives them the right to use the tubes.
• We prefer a link back to use where ever you use a tube which we have created.  whether it be a web set, sig tag or what ever.
• you are not allowed to make any profit from our tubes.  we don't make profit from them as we don't charge for the tube. I only charge for membership.
• Tubes are not allowed to be sent through google or yahoo groups.  Period end of discussion.  I have belonged to tube groups where many many membership tubes
  were shared with everyone. this is strictly against my terms.

Purchaseware* Future

• purchase ware can and will exist of tags, layouts for websites (which take alot of thought and planning)
  Nothing is to be resold or shared freely.  Period end of discussion.
• desktop themes
• desktop wallpaper
• cross stitch patterns

Lineart

• lineart is just what it appears to be. Line art.  now lets get the basics out of the way.
• There are just so many ways to make a bear, dog, cat, bird, and various other things so give me a break.  I was born at night but not last night and I know as well as anyone else does that these factors exist.
• I do line art because I enjoy it.  some of it I sketch on paper first, then scan and go over the lines with black to make them bolder.  other lines I actually pull out of images, mostly clip art.  This is done by stripping out the colors, the backgrounds and then converting them to lines.  Other lines are lines that I get from free online images.  I get them all the same places that everyone else does if everyone else was honest.
• some of the lineart here (and where they are posted) are from collections that I have had for 5+ years and I don't claim to have made them.  I will post appropriately where needed to keep this clear.
• that about says all I have to say for the moment about lineart. 
• if by some bright light in the day you discover a different way to draw a bear, dog, cat, bird etc, then please let me know.
• I appreciate links back as everyone does
• I would appreciate you not passing my lineart around freely.  I would rather you send others here so they can find what they would like as well.  I don't think that is too much to ask.  do you?
